Punch bowls were presided over by Miss Kim Albritton and serving the wedding cake was Miss Robin Vamer and Miss Kim Waller. Serving the grooms' cake was Mrs. Barbara Dowting. Coffee was served by Mrs. Judy Mock.

She has also served as a member of the State Central Executive Committee since 1983, and as Louisiana Democratic National committee woman from 1972-80.
