The Caldwell Parish Office reports arrests made from February 4, 2019 through February 11, 2019. Randy Allen Girod, 35 of Columbia was arrested on February 3, 2019 and charged with entry on or remaining in places or land after being forbidden, possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ralston Wilson, 26 of Bastrop, LA was arrested on February 3, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute (Marijuana) and possession of Schedule I CDS (MDMA Ecstasy). Pierre Deangelo Demon Hobbs, age 27 of Bastrop was arrested on February 3, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute (Marijuana), possession of Schedule I CDS (MDMA Ecstasy), and two headlamps required. Tashiana Williams, 23 of Columbia was arrested on February 4, 2019 and charged with white light ommiting from tail lights and possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana).

Aaron W. Moses, 20 of Kelly was arrested on February 4, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana oil) and possession of Schedule I CDS Ecstasy (MDMA). Paul Daniel Davis, 62 of Mer Rouge, LA was arrest- ed on February 4, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Catina Faye Beckley, 45 of Columbia was arrested on February 4, 2019 and charged with no insurance, expired license plate, tail lamps, driving under suspension, possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis, 58 of Clarks was arrested on Febraury 4, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kajavis Jaquez Griffin, 37 of Columbia was arrested on February 4, 2019 and charged with aggravated battery. Gary Wayne Adams, 40 of Winnsboro, LA was arrested on February 5, 2019 and charged with improper lane usage, driving under suspension, possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana), possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) 2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keanna Jashieka Culpepper, 19 of Kelly was arrested on February 5, 2019 and charged with tail lamp, following too close, possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana), illegal use of a CDS in the presence of persons under seventeen years of age and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dylan Cooper McDowell, 18 of Jena, LA was arrested on February 5, 2019 and charged with possession of alcohol by persons under the age of 21, battery of a police offer and resisting an officer.

Wallace, 24 of Columbia was arrested on February 6, 2019 and charged with FTA on charges of speeding, no license on person, no child restraint, driving under suspension and stop sign violation (warrants). Waylan Hendrix, 37 of Clarks was arrested on February 7, 2019 and charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lacie Anderson, 29 of Columbia was arrested on February 7, 2019 and charged with possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine). Fermin Reyes Martinez, 23 of Grayson was arrested on February 7, 2019 and charged with careless operation, no license.

Tyrone Laquan Higgins, 25 of Columbia was arrested on February 8, 2019 and charged with simple criminal damge to property and FTA misdemeanor probation review (warrant). Kenny Schanah Davis, 41 of Grayson was arrested on February 8, 2019 and charged with no insurance, driving under suspension, owner to secure registration, fugitive from justice Winn Parish, fugitive from justice Ouachita Parish and FTA warrant Caldwell Parish. Bernard Ellis, 31 of Alexandria, LA was arrested on February 9, 2019 and charged with no license and open container. Darius Terrell Gallow, 23 of Columbia was arrested on February 10, 2019 and charged with use of multiple beam road lighting equipment (fog lamps), driving under suspension, possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijauna) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gill, 55 of Winnsboro, LA was arrested on February 10, 2019 and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving on right side of road; exceptions and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Gilmore, 77 of St. Francisville, LA were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday February 7, 2019 from the Columbia chapel of Riser Son Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Duke officiating. Interment followed in the Clark Family Cemetery at Grayson.

Erma Catherine Gilmore was born on December 19, 1941 to the union of her parents James Arthur Clark and Eunice Oser Clark and she passed from this life on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Gilmore was a former resi- dent of Caldwell Parish and was a longtime member of Little Star Baptist Church at Holum. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Erma loved her Monday night wrestling.

She was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Edward Gilmore, her grandson Thomas Crockett, her parents and by her sister Mary Clark. Erma was a retired employee of Entergy, Inc. Left to cherish her life and memories are three sons: Jimmy Crockett and wife Phyllis of Wesson, Mississippi, Ricky Crockett and wife Christina of Grayson and Noel and Holli Gilmore of St. Francisville; five brothers: Jesse Clark, Ben Clark, Jim Clark, Robert Clark and Odis Clark; two sisters: Ruth Ann Brown and Amy Oser; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers and Phillip Crockett served as honorary pallbearer.

Erma C. Gilmore Kim Odell Lemelin passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at his residence at 220 Sypert Circle, Columbia following an extended illness. Kim was born on December 15, 1956 at Linwood, California to his loving parents Francis Lemelin and Mary Lavelle Lively Lemelin. Kim grew up in California and became an inspector for the city of Mission Viejo, California and dealt with public works inspections. He was a loving son, husband and father.

Kim loved to ride his Harleys every chance he got. He loved to fish and even though he grew up in California his heart was always here in Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents and most everyone knew his sweet mother here in Columbia as Mary Lavelle Lynde. Left to cherish the sweet memories he leaves behind is his beloved wife of 32 years, Cheryl Ann Stone Lemelin; and his son: Matthew Lemelin and his daughter Kayla Lemelin both of California. Cheryl and family would like to extend a very special thank you to Heart of for all of their dedication and love extended to Kim during his illness.

Cheryl would also like to thank all of extended family and friends for the support they have given her through all of illness. Your acts of love will never be forgotten. Kim Odell Lemelin Obituaries Funeral service for Yolande Graham, 56, of Columbia, were held on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at River of Life in Winnsboro, with Rev. David Philips officiating. Burial followed the service in Chase Cemetery, under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home- Winnsboro.

Yolande was born on January 7, 1963 in New Orleans, LA and passed from this life on February 7, 2019, in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Laverne Booth. Yolande brought value to many areas of employment including; teaching school, Radiology Associates, and most recently serving her church, River of Life. She was an avid New Orleans Saints fan for the duration of her life. Her family will deeply miss her home cooked meals and gatherings with her.

She cherished her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Dennis Graham of Columbia; daughter, Julie Womack and husband Hays of Rayville; son, Joseph Graham and wife Shawna of Columbia; four grandchildren, Darby Womack, Jayden Graham, Jessalynn Graham, and Jaylee Graham; and sisters, Lita Smith of Burnsville, N.C. and Sharon Williams of West Monroe. Yolande Graham Funeral services for Johnnie Waggoner, 84 were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Outreach Baptist Church, Columbia, Louisiana with Bro.

C. R. Martin and Bro. Ed Smith officiating. Interment followed at Mount Olive Cemetery in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home, Columbia.

Johnnie Marie Washer Waggoner was born April 16, 1934 at Columbia, LA to the union of her parents, Claude Thomas Washer and Mamie Haddox Washer and she passed from this life on February 3, 2019 at Columbia. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Edward Waggoner; her son, Kerry Glen Waggoner and her brother, Garland Washer. Johnnie was an active member of Palestine Baptist Church. She was known for her hospitality and the wonderful meals she prepared on Sundays and holidays for her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Tom Waggoner and wife, Kathryn; her daughters: Shelia Crain and husband, Freeman, Sharon Mosley and husband, Larry and Stephanie Martin and husband, C.

her brother, Eloy Washer and wife, Joyce; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers were her grandsons: Darrell Crain, Brandon Waggoner, Logan Waggoner, Cody Coghlan, Michael Simonelli, Dennis Robertson, Tommy Guyton, Jeff Cobb, William Tackett, Ethan Cobb, Sean Coody and Will Waggoner.
